Time Away from Work and Flexibility

Everyone needs some time away to be with family, focus on good health, or simply recharge. In addition to 8 paid Holidays, PTO is provided annually and increases with an employee’s tenure. Mankato Packaging operates on 4-day work weeks for their production staff and ½ day Friday workdays for office personnel.
